AFP Expert is a Windows-based interpretive software screening tool which:

In first trimester, determines a pregnant woman's individual risk of carrying a fetus affected with Down Syndrome and/or Trisomy 18 using pregnancy-associated placental protein-A (PAPP-A) and/or hCG MoMs; and either MoMs or deltas for Nuchal Translucency based on algorithms from published literature.

In second trimester, determines a pregnant woman's individual risk of carrying a fetus affected with Down Syndrome, Open Spina Bifida, Trisomy 18 and/or Smith-Lemli-Optiz Syndrome (SLOS) using multiple marker MoMs of which AFP, hCG, uE3 and Inhibin A are most common, based on one of several available algorithms from published literature or one of your own.
