INTERFACES

Benetech has extensive experience in developing interfaces, ASTM and HL7 as well as proprietary protocols.

Device interfaces enable downloading of test requisitions and uploading of results. We currently have interfaces between Benetech PRA and

LIS Interfaces reduce both data entry time and the possibility of operator error, and can be combined with device interfaces for a seamless work flow.

ASTM interfaces are bi-directional and are straightforward enough to be installed by the client's own IT personnel. Some customization may be required for additional fields or specific LIS requirements.

HL7 interfaces are either uni- or bi-directional. The modules include Order Entry and Lab Results download; Prenatal Results upload; ADT alone; Doctor database sychronization; or any combination of modules. Our HL7 interfaces use iNTERFACEWARE's Chameleon messaging engine. Some customization may be required for additional fields or specific LIS requirements.
