Whatever It Takes to Keep You Up & Running
Benetech PRA is powerful and flexible enough for any screening program and performs risk calculations for first and second trimester samples as well as integrated, sequential and contingent screens.
Installation Support
Installation support means we do whatever is necessary to get you up and running. Most of the time this is achieved remotely but if you prefer us to visit you onsite we will. Our products have been designed to ensure a fast and seamless deployment within your lab, and minimal resources are required for hosting. Benetech PRA is easy to install and easy to learn. Even so, we are here to walk you through the process from start to finish. We’re not satisfied until you are up and running at optimal efficiency.
Technical Support
Our experienced support team provides both technical and application support to labs all over the world every day – in over 10 languages. Chances are if you’re experiencing a challenge we’ve seen it before, and we’ve solved it before. We communicate with you through email or phone and are able to easily connect to you remotely if you want us to. Telephone Support is available weekdays from 8:30AM to 5:30PM Eastern Standard Time. Emergency support is monitored 24-7 and after-hours support can be arranged as necessary.

Training
After 30 years in this business, we’ve taught a lot of people how to use our products. Our trainers are experts in both Benetech software and Prenatal Screening. Whether you are a new customer or an experienced customer starting a new screening protocol, a training program can be custom designed to meet your needs. Ongoing, on demand training is also available for clients with an active Annual User Service Contract who need assistance to run and assess PRA median adjustments and quality reports. Training classes can be taught online or in-person in your lab.
Custom Development
Benetech PRA ships in a standard configuration and is ready to use as soon as it’s installed. But not all labs work the same. Sometimes labs request changes to our products to fit better with their existing workflow. We make every effort to accommodate these requests. We will work with you to design a custom solution that maximizes the efficiency of your lab.
